Terms & Conditions

Welcome to jyuetec.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including but not limited to CVD Nano-Coated Wire Drawing Dies, PCD Dies, and Mechanical Seals. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you represent that you are a business entity or an authorized representative acting on behalf of a business. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jingyue Technology.

2. Quotations and Orders

  • Pricing: All prices quoted on the website or via communication are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs (e.g., industrial diamonds, tungsten carbide).

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only considered accepted once Jingyue Technology issues a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) or Order Confirmation.

  • Custom Orders: For custom-engineered components, specifications confirmed in writing by the client are final. Any changes after production has commenced may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • Standard Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by our CEO, Frank Chen, standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend production or delay shipment if payments are not received according to the agreed schedule.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Incoterms: Unless specified, all international shipments are handled under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) terms.

  • Lead Times: Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive to meet every deadline, Jingyue Technology is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, international logistics, or Force Majeure events.

5. Quality Assurance and Claims

  • Inspection: Customers are advised to inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claims regarding quantity or visible defects must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Limited Warranty: Our products (e.g., Nano-Coated Dies) are guaranteed to meet the technical specifications provided. Due to the nature of industrial wear and tear, warranty does not cover damage caused by improper machine calibration or misuse.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on jyuetec.com, including logos, technical drawings, product descriptions, and the “Jingyue Technology” brand, is the exclusive property of Jingyue Technology. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Jingyue Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production or profits) arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific goods involved in a claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly consultation or submitted to the relevant trade arbitration commission.
